All beef is Grass Fed/Grass-Finished, USDA inspected, and vacuum sealed. We offer: quarter, half and whole beefs. You do not need to partner up with anyone. We take care of matching quarters and halves up. Our goal is to be as fair and uncomplicated as possible.
First, Grass-Fed/Grass-Finished beef means that the cow finishes grazing on GRASS, not hay. The pastures are not just a willy-nilly afterthought. Pasture Management is one of the key factors in successfully raising Grass-Finished Beef. We take much care and thought in making sure our herd has lush grass in front of them 24-7.
There are many benefits to buying local grass-fed/ grass-finished beef. One of the main benefits is knowing what our cattle eat and what you are eating. Currently, our cows are enjoying ryegrass, and this is an annual grass. They also have the availability to enjoy some stockpile fescue.
